This is a scam... When they tell you to go to a urgent care center for evaluation. and not give you a prescription Just to get your ten bucks....

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING BLINK AND SO FAR EVERYTHING HAS BEEN ON THE UP AND UP. RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. AS LONG AS THEY CONTINUE IN THIS MANNER I WILL REMAIN WITH BLINK. PRICE AND DELIVERY WERE OUTSTANDING.

Blink health automatically sets you up for prescription renewals and makes it REALLY hard to cancel the auto renewal. Seems more like a scam business.

Terrible service. Would never recommend them. For whatever it is you need, just go to a normal doctor. They are rude and a borderline scam.

The pharmacy did not take my payment from blink. I have emailed 2x with no response. I suggest an alternative supplier.

Just like many others here, took my order and still haven't even processed it for shipping yet.

I have been waiting for a MONTH now and my order is still stuck at "Retrieving Rx' even though I shared all the Rx details while putting in the order.

I have communicated multiple times with their support but no help. In fact, they have even stopped replying back to me for the past 10 days.

Cannot use this this service if you want your refill delivered on time, which basically defeats the purpose of a pharmacy.

They just took my money no response for almost a month

DO NOT use Blink Health. They charged me for two separate prescriptions that I never received. One was supposed to be delivered to my home (never happened), and the other they kept claiming that they didn't receive the Rx from my doctor. I had my doctor fax it like 3 times. Each time the doctors got a fax confirmation on their end confirming the fax went through, but each time Blink Health says they never got the fax on their end. I had my doubts about Blink Health since I had never heard of them before finding them online, so luckily I used a virtual credit card number with a very low limit that I control in order to pay them. Because of this, they have never been able to charge me again. So I guess I should be grateful that my losses were only on two prescriptions that I was charged for that I never got. All the other reviews are complaining about a monthly Blink health subscription charge IN ADDITION to prescription charges. Don't waste your time and money, it will drive you nuts! They have my money for two prescriptions and I am out of pills and out the money as well. They are NOT DEPENDABLE!!

God terrible customer service. They use market 21 to send medications. 2 months ago I found medications frozen at door. They are unable to get their act together again I had to call both companies and I still have new tracking number even though Market 21 shipped it. The Horror Story continues August. They called me to see if I needed my medication renewed I said yes. They promised me a tracking number and I never get it. For some reason they are unable to text me because of the antique electronics. The day they called me I called them back and apparently the automatic fax system was down. So I called Market 32 the pharmacy that works with them and they never got the prescription. They promised call back which they never deliver. The people don't know what they're doing there. I called this morning and they didn't know if the pack the prescription had been received by market 32 or not. I called Market 32 which told me it was shipped yesterday. I asked him for a tracking number and they told me that blank is supposed to send it to me. Well today at 12:00 noon the package arrived. At 1:00 p.m. I get a email from these jerks say my package was delivered. I was unable to track the package. And because of the Antiquated systems I had a cancel plans for today just in case the package was going to be delivered. In the winter the package was frozen because of the outer date system. And today because of excessive heat I was afraid of not being home and the package be of medication being exposed to extreme heat. Monday I'm calling my doctor to have my prescription transfer to a company that is not out of date. This Saga happens every 2 months for the last 2 years and they promised to improve it. And obviously with the last two years they have it
